📊June 2019 Market Reports
For the second month in a row, our new listings coming on the market exceeded our pending solds. That's a good thing because it means that our inventory is slowly growing, offering more selection to those in the market and perhaps the start of some cooling on prices. Basically, we're starting to see a tiny shift from homes coming on the market and having several offers the first day to homes coming on the market and selling at a more reasonable pace. This is good for buyers.
Total active listings in June rose to 394. This is about the same as last year and up from the month of May. So far this year 660 homes have sold in Bozeman, with 156 of those closing in June. The average home price in June was $478,000.
